Dylan Kyriakakis

Dylan Kyriakakis joined ERI in 2020 as a member of the firm’s Acquisitions team. His responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting and structuring portfolio investment opportunities. Dylan is also a member of ERI’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining ERI, Dylan worked on the acquisitions team at Henley Investments, a real estate investment firm in Boston, MA. At Henley, Dylan was responsible for underwriting, and evaluating multifamily, hospitality, and special situation opportunities. Dylan started his career in New York at Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds) and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was involved in the underwriting and valuation of structured credit investments.

Dylan is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.B.A in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. He is a regular member of CFA Society Boston.
